Double room available for rent in a lovely house situated in the Southfields Grid only 2 min away from the tube and all the shops. The room is very spacious with three wardrobes, a comfortable double bed, desk and chair, side table with armchair, and a big makeup table.
The house has a terraced garden, a spacious and fully furnished kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer etc.); a living room with blue-ray system for a huge TV and plenty of space for books. We have a cleaner that cleans the communal areas on a weekly basis and will clean your room for an extra £5 per week.
The rent is £800 per month = incl. ALL BILLS (Wi-Fi, council tax, water, gas, etc.) + cleaner (communal area).

We are two young female professionals working in the city and are looking to rent to someone who is clean, respectful towards other people’s space and doesn’t mind to occasionally socialize over dinner, a movie or a glass of wine.
