Furnished double room with loads of storage space and your own bathroom available in a 3 bed semi detached house in Hither Green/Catford.

The room is available from 15 Feb, but I have a smaller spare in the meantime for anyone in a bind. I'm open to couples, in which case the rent would be £900/month.

I'm a 39yo GWM professional, keep set office hours. I'm a quiet guy, so this room is ideal for quiet professionals. Please, no heavy drinkers, no drug use, smokers or party people. I have two cats so you need to be a cat person

Great transport links - equidistant from Catford, Catford Bridge and Hither Green stations - 11 mins to London Bridge, 18 to Charring Cross, 14 to Canon St. Lots of buses too.

Amenities include: Sky TV and Wifi, washer, tumble dryer, dishwasher, weekly cleaner, alarm system - this is all included in the monthly rent.
